Beacon helps worship teams plan setlists, share chord sheets, and run services together. This policy explains what information Beacon collects and how it is used.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for advertising or tracking across other apps and websites.
Beacon is built on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging). Your data is stored and processed by Google Cloud on our behalf, subject to Firebase's privacy and security terms.
Content you create in a team (songs, setlists) is visible to members of that team. Personal annotations are visible only to you. Nobody outside your team can access your team's data.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This removes your account, your membership records, and your personal annotations. If you signed in with Apple, your Apple credential is also revoked.
Beacon is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new date above.
