Beacon is an app for worship teams to manage songs, chord sheets, and setlists, and to run services and rehearsals together. By creating an account or using Beacon, you agree to these terms.
You sign in with a Google or Apple account. Team leaders can invite, remove, and manage members of their team. Keep your invite codes private — anyone with a valid code can request to join your team.
You and your team retain ownership of the songs, chord sheets, setlists, and notes you create in Beacon. You grant us permission to store and sync that content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and share any material you add — including lyrics and chord charts, which may be protected by copyright. Many churches cover this through a licence such as CCLI. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Do not use Beacon to store or share unlawful content, attempt to access other teams' data, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer it.
We work hard to keep Beacon reliable, including offline access to your team's content, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features over time.
You can stop using Beacon and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Beacon, including loss of data or interruption to services or events.
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and note the new date above. Continued use of Beacon after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
