How do I invite my team?: Go to Settings and tap your team name. You'll find an invite code you can share with your band. They enter it when they first open the app.
Can I use Beacon offline?: Yes. Once your songs and setlists have loaded, they're cached on your device. You can access everything even without Wi-Fi at your venue.
How do I transpose a song?: Open any chord sheet and use the transpose controls at the top. Beacon will adjust all chords instantly and show capo hints for guitarists.
How do I set my preferred key?: On a song's detail page, tap "My Key" to select one or more preferred keys. The first key is your default when opening the chord sheet.
Can I use Apple Pencil to annotate?: Yes. Open a chord sheet on iPad, tap the pencil icon, and draw directly on the sheet. Your annotations are saved per song and visible only to you.
How do I delete my account?: Go to Settings and tap "Delete Account." This removes your account, membership records, and personal annotations. If you signed in with Apple, your Apple credential is also revoked.
Is Beacon free?: Beacon is currently free for all worship teams.
